Hi,
I had intermittent sound on my headphone so i though the reason is the worn out cable but after buying from amazon a third party cable the intermittent sound problem got worse and now its almost impossible to get sound from them. I sent them in GErmany to Shure for repair and they confirmed the mmcx connector is not working and refused to fix it. Its a pity since the headphones have functional drivers and everything works except those mmcx connectors. Can you guys fix this ?Regards
