I have a q20i in-ear Bose noise cancelling headphone. One of the wires has a short and I know exactly where as every time I touch the wire in this spot, sound from one of the wires cuts out. How much will it cost to repair and do you have a mail in service? I live in London UK. Also do you have a warranty on any repairs and will the end result look professional?
