Hello,
I wonder if you could maybe help. My son has described the below:
"The jack port is worn out meaning that the mic only detects input if you twist the jack around a lot looking for a specific sweet spot. I know that the jack is not at fault as I have a separate PC and PS4 jack and the issue happens regardless of which jack is used meaning that the port itself is what's damaged.
The port seems to be fully integrated into the headset so I am not sure if a repair is possible. If it were possible, what kind of price would it cost?"
