Good evening,
My beloved RHA T20i's are sadly not working anymore. The part of the cable that is supposed to bend around the ear is broken on both sides. The wire supporting the structure and the cable to the headphones is separated roughly 2 - 3 cm away from the headphones. The rest of the cable seems to be in working order. Also no damage to the headphones / speakers themselves.How much would a repair cost, and would your solution involve an improved part / cable sleeve around the ear? This was the most frustrating part of the headphones, as it was sticking out quiet a bit when in use. I would be very happy to use these headphones again.
