No, you don't! Unlike other companies, we offer a free drop-off service from anywhere in the UK. Simply fill out the Repair Request and we will send you a free post label which you can print off. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48®. Royal Mail Tracked is a parcel service you can trust and you will always know where your parcels are.
If you ship from outside the UK please organise your own shipping as we can not provide any prepaid shipping labels.
EP's Warranty Repair
If your product has been previously serviced by Electronic Partners and has failed again with the same fault you can simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > EP's Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair within the 3 month warranty period.
Prestigio Warranty Repair
If your Prestigio product has failed within the 1-year manufacturer limited warranty period simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > Prestigio Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair.
Simply move your mouse to the correct location and draw your signature using your mouse while holding the mouse button. Don't worry if the signature is not exactly as expected it is not a beauty contest.

Alternatively, you can send us your device for diagnostic without a free estimate and we will send you an exact quote once the item has been diagnosed at no extra costs.Sometimes it is difficult to give a quick estimate without seeing the device first, so if you fill out a ‘Repair Request’ you can ship the device to us, free of charge. Once diagnosed we will give you an exact quote for your repair.
Almost all quick estimates are answered within 24 hours but usually, it's much faster than that.

We will always requote you if any additional faults are discovered during the repair before we proceed. You can, of course, reject the quote if the repair is not suitable or becomes too expensive. In those cases, we will charge a service fee for diagnostic and return shipping of £15. You can also simply request the recycling of your device and we will waive all fee's and our service does not cost you anything at all.

At times the sound will completely cut out or the music app will become paused as if you had removed the headphone's all together?
Means you have most likely an issue with the headphone jack.We can replace all types of headphone jacks. We always use a very similar jack if the original jack from the manufacturer is not available. If you have any special request or you would like to have a specific jack fitted simply let us know and we will get in contact with you.

However, we will always quote you first if a free estimate where not requested before or possible.

We provide a 3-month warranty on almost all repairs, the only exceptions are(a) liquid damage repairs
(b) mainboard and PCB board repairs
(c) repairs with consumer supplied parts
(d) jack/plug replacements
(e) repairs on non-genuine ProductsIn the unlikely event that parts are not available or we simply can't repair your device, we will return the item as is without any costs for you.
In the event that we have completed our diagnostics on a device and a new quote is necessary, we charge a service fee of £15 to cover the engineers time and return shipping if the customer decides to not go ahead with the repair.
Usually, we will email you the estimated arrival time for your parts. However, sometimes the delivery can vary depending on supplier, forwarder and customs. We always use the most economical shipping option in order to provide affordable repair prices, therefore parts from outside Europe can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
We also offer an express repair option if your repair is urgent.Repairs usually being processed within 3-5 working days from the date they arrive. However, it can take up to 4 weeks for parts to arrive if they need to be ordered especially for your repair as we use the most economical shipping option to offer affordable prices. If you require the unit back quickly then we strongly recommend that you select the "Express Repair" option.

You will also be able to leave us comments, check the status of your device or submit a proof of purchase.When your device arrives at our repair centre it is immediately checked in and we generate login details and email them to you.
