Hello,
I'm having problems with a beeping noise that shouldn't happen. I believe it is something to do with the mute/unmute button as it is the same beeping noise which occurs when the button is clicked out (which is how the microphone is muted), and I can sometimes make it happen by just slightly rubbing my finger on the button or wiggling the left ear pad (Sometimes the noise will be happening very frequently and other times I cant seem to get it to happen). I believe there must be a damaged wire or some other damaged connection inside the left ear pad that'll probably need to be replaced or resoldered. I have tested it when powered on and not connected to the wireless box that connects to my computer so I'm certain it's an issue with the headset and not any other accessories/devices. Please could you give me a quote for a repair?
