Left hand cup has come away from the headband connector. There are no broken parts rattling inside so I cannot understand why. The phones have only been used about a dozen times. I returned a previous set of these for exactly the same reason. It appears this is a very common fault with these headphones. The right side has a retaining band over the connector but there is no band over the left hand side and no bits inside! Do you fot a retaining band to stop this happening again?
