Although there's no visible physical damage, there seems to be an issue with the cable where it enters the right hand can, such that audio only plays from the left-hand can when you wiggle/hold the cable in a specific position. I assume the internal wiring at the join has just come loose in some way, so hopefully it's a relatively easy fix.
