Hi
My headphones have a connectivity issue related to the jack and/or cable to the jack end/port and this affects both sound channels. If I toggle the cable at the jack end to the port of the e.g iPod etc you can get a loose connection for both sound channels but letting go of the cable you lose sound once again etc. There was no apparent physical breakage to my knowledge having not dropped or obviously damage them in any way. In fact this occurred while listening to them whereby one channel dropped out and then while trying to carefully toggle to retrieve left channel both speakers were then lost. I have tried the headphones on more than one device so it is definitely the headphone that are at fault.
