This is Marshall Monitor Bluetooth (no ANC). There are 2 issues here.
1) Without connecting to USB cable, it sometimes turns off without any reason suddenly. I replaced the battery by myself but it is not getting fixed. There might be some other damage I didn't know. When you plug in the use cable for charging, you can always see the white light(full battery), not the red light(charging).
2) Days ago, the left ear didn't work but I can't tell the reason. I wonder the inner cables in the headband were damaged but I am not sure.
