I purchased some Beats Wireless Studio 3 headphones in January 2020. In August of this year for some reason they lost all charge. I thought I had just left them on but they never fully recharged.
I leave them on charging for hours and sometimes does get a 'full charge' and are fine to use then. If i turned them off and went back the next day though they would be dead and need charging again, this never used to be the case. I have tried the factory reset and makes no difference.
Would like this fixed. The headphones do appear to be splitting on the left ear and you can see the wires inside. Not sure how or why this happened but when i first noticed this is what the issue happened so possibly linked.
Can i get a quote for this to be fixed please?
